Mobylo's MultiAlarm is nice but costs way too much

I love the trial version. But $30 is way expensive for 5 extra alarms during the day. Can someone make a similar app that is free or cheaper than 30?(I'd pay like 5 or 10 bucks)

I use the built in calendar for reminders and alarms, it works great.

Re: Mobylo's MultiAlarm is nice but costs way too much

    oh wow folks
i just found some interesting information
i didn't want my 30 day trial to run out so i did
    a google search
    a found out that
Mobylo's MultiAlarm is list as FREEWARE
    on softpedia's website.......here
    http://handheld.softpedia.com/get/Bu...ry-25841.shtml

note the part where it says last updated 17th of January 2007, 07:23 GMT
now you'll also notice its lists this program as FREEWARE
now a quick jump to wikipedia and its list freeware as
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freeware
    most interesting part is
The only criterion for being classified as "freeware" is that the software must be made available for use for an unlimited time at no cost.
now if you then jump over to Mobylo's webite it says $30bucks after 30days
    http://mobylo.com/fullDesc.php?p=4

so we seem to have conflicting websites.
mobylo's site on softpedia says free.
and even when you download the app from there...
Multialarm still wants you to register with a product key.
So is this not freeware as stated on the site?
Or will this supposed "freeware" expire?
hmmmmmm if i had a kung fu, 3 foot long beard
    i would question
validity of mobylo and my $30.
well i don't, and i think the app should be
totally free and some other people need some refunds

the only missing from my old phone ( Sony W810i) was auto lock, took care of that, and the fact that I was able to set more than one alarm. I do use the built in calendar a lot for my job, but I want alarms for different things, maybe I need to figure out the calendar or something. I'll play a little more with this.

See I sleep like a rock. So multiple alarms is key to getting to work on time. I have set many alarms via the calender and tweaked them to follow each other but you're stuck with setting alarms every fifteen mins. With the multi alarm app you can set it for example 9:00 am with a 1 min follow up. If you set the next one for 9:02 so on and so, you get 10 min of alarms with one going off every min. And with 3 diff notifiers. I find its easier to set than setting up an s calender reminder

Drop a mail to the developers. Most of them can offer you some discount if you buy from their website.

Being a developer myself, I know how apps are priced though users maynot understand that they are not high when viewed from the developers angle.
