    Question mobile MSN...

I got an email that MSN had a mobile msn application
I went to the website they had mobile.msn.com
and it asks for my mobile model, i did find the pearl under cingular
but I have Telcel Service in Mexico.... when I select my model it asks for my mobile phone number so it can send something, if i don't choose the model it tells me to open mobile.msn.com from my phone, i just wanted to know if it is the same thing or if whatever they send to your phone is an application different than opening the website directly from the browser..
i'm currently looking for a temporary msn messenger application for my bb since my 30 days for jivetalk ran out and i can't afford it right now. .
    thanks.

    Re: mobile MSN...

    Ahhh - finally found it!

There's two Messengers available at http://mobile.live.com/

They're both Browser based (UGGH!), and I didn't see any difference between the Beta and the non Beta! With BOTH I had to Refresh after trying to log in.

Don't know of any free MSN (.NET) IM clients.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

EQO and nimbuzz are both free. You can search google to find links for them.

thanks for the reply cachooka man.....

i couldn't find anywhere on those webistes confirmation that these messengers use the data plan, and not TCP or SMS to communicate with IM contacts.. .i'm not interested in the other services they provide like international calling and stuff.. just the IM specially MSN..
do you know if it does use the data plan? my data plan doesn't include TCP sevice...
    thanks
