    Question mobile.blackberry.com issues?

    Hello -

    I just upgraded from the 8100 to the 8120 and have been experiencing a number of issues...

    One being that I cannot access mobile.blackberry.com. It brings me to the site but says "The Blackberry HELP! website is designed for use with the blackberry browser..." As if it was not detecting my phone as a blackberry?

    Also having issues downloading applications like facebook.

    HELP?

    check your browser settings. Make sure it is set to BlackBerry, otherwise the website doesn't realize you are on your BlackBerry.

    Hi

    You need to ensure you use the the 'internet browser'. Either go to manage connections and change it or open browser, hit menu key, go to browser configuration and make sure it says 'internet browser' not wifi browser or anything else.
