    So you have the unlimited BB plan?

    You need the Blackberry Internet Browsing Service Service Book

    EDIT: You don't need to call them just sign into your account and re-send them.

    You will want to enter wap.voicestream.com since you have T-Mobile.

    You may need to call them. If re-sending the service books isn't working then for some reason you're not getting the correct provisioning.
