Alright, typical MMS picture messaging question.
Alright, so I just got a new white bbpearl using my warranty because of my scroll ball acting up, but this happened even before I got the new phone.
Anyways, when people send me a picture message I just get the "Not Yet Retrieved" and then I press retrieve now and it doesn't do anything.
I know that sending yourself a picture with MMS usually fixes it and it did before, but now when I even try to send myself a picture message using MMS it won't send. It says it failed to send it.
I did a battery pull, blah blah blah.
    Help?

Cinday, try this from Red's 8100 FAQ and see if it helps:

    13. Re-sending Service Books/ Re-registering to your Network

    Re-sending Service Books
This is pretty straight forward. Basically navigate to your BIS via your PC.
    T-mobile go here: http://www.t-mobile.com/
    AT&T go here: http://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular
Other carriers BIS is usually found on your carriers site and within your account.

First you need to log into your account via either links above.
T-mobile customers you need to navigate down to the link Setup Blackberry Internet Email

Both should have a link to Service Books on the left hand side.
    Select it.
It should come to another screen with a button to Send Service Books. Select it.

Once sent you should get some Emails from each of your Email accounts referring to Activation.

    Re-registering to your Network
    On your BB navigate to:
    Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu Button>Register Now
See the Official Latest OS threads updated regularly for All Devices.

    Re: mms

I finally got it to send like 30 minutes ago, but when I received the MMS from myself it was blank.
I resent my service books AND reregistered to my network... we'll see if that helped at all.

    Ah ha!
    Got it.
Man, my posts are always reposts haha. I need to learn how to search things for myself.
I usually think that a battery pull will fix anything. I always forget about resending service books and reregistering.
    Thanks.
