Can you elaborate on how to delete unwanted apps?

Like I have Yahoo Messenger on my phone but never use it...

You can delete most unwanted apps using the Desktop Manager / Application Loader. Do you have any media in your device memory? Also look for extra languages....

And what are these "extra languages" that you speak of?

Do you have Desktop Manager installed? If so, there is an Application Loader in the main screen. Connect your device and launch the Application Loader. It should read your device and list the items that are installed (with a check in the box). Remove the check from any items you dont use and proceed, they will be removed...

Some of the older BB's came loaded with dozens of languages....I dont see that as often with the newer Operating System, I assume RIM wised up...

You can also see loaded applications under OPTIONS - Advanced - Applications, however I prefer to delete using the Desktop Manager....

You also have to pull the battery to refresh the memory. A lot of times if you check your memory under Options>Status File Free, you'll see 0 bytes and thn just pull battery and it'll jump up. But if t doesn't follow those steps given above. Also, the memory card s great for moving media files over to fre up space on device but just having an empty memory card will not clear up the issue, you have to use it because the device won't.
