It is OS dependent. Only OS 4.3 and higher supports 8Gb cards. OS 4.2.0 only supports 2Gb cards, and OS 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 supports 4Gb cards.

    See this.

What I understood from that is that I can use up to 16GB Sandisk micro SD cards, but, can I use the micro SDHC cards as well? Because those, the SDHC cards, seem to be the only ones I can find in amazon, unless I'm looking in the wrong place. *g* Thanks!!!

I recently bought a 8 GB micro SD, I installed in my BB and it registered as 7.5 GB. When I connected a usb connector from my BB to computer, my computer would not read my BB as an external drive until I formated it. Once I formated it, I can only get 3.5 GB space on my micro SD. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
