Message Expired by Service, SMS Problem

When I send texts lately, I've been getting a red X next to the message, and when the message is selected it says "Message expired by service." But when I click resend it goes through. I've pulled the battery out, and it just keeps on doing this. Wondering if there is any solution to this issue. I have t-mobile.

I have been having the same problem. Today I had to resend 4 times before it finally seemed to go through. Hopefully someone knows the answer.

If you're with TMO, i'm betting that they're having some issues of late. It's been happening to me also. I would give CS a jingle see what they have to say.

    A) Check the sms service center # for tmo it should be: +12063130004.
If you have a messaging bundle you probably want to set things to "gprs preffered".
Also try toggling the data encoding. M<ine is currently set to 7bit.

After that... get your sim card replaced.
