Question Lag when receiving incoming calls...HELP

When I get incoming calls, there is always about a 4-5 second lag when i answer the call. The person on the other end cannot here me the first 4-5 seconds. I have to keep saying hello. Its kind of annoying. Does anyone know if this problem has been fixed yet or will it be fixed in the future? Battery pull doesn't work for me. By the way I have the blackberry 8100 with T-mobile. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Berrygurl1 -

    Welcome to Pinstack.

Can you provide a bit more information in order for us to assist you? Such as:

1.) What version is your O/S on your BlackBerry? Settings --> Options --> About
2.) Are you using any bluetooth devices? Do you have bluetooth enabled or disabled?
3.) Are these problems happening when you are on GPRS or GSM or both, etc.?

    Welcome to Pinstack...

I used to have the same problem...upgrade to a different OS...I have the newest Rogers OS and the delay is gone...

or you can install this OS...I'm sure that will fix your lag...

I also have T-mobile with OS V4.2.0.64 in USA....same problem to me. This almost happen 50% of the time to me!! I have talked to T-mobile, they mailed me a replacement but same problem. I don't want to install other OS (cingular or others), afraid if something goes wrong and it might not recoverable...or void the warranty.

It's really easy just follow these instructions and be very very patient and wait till it's finished.
