    Keep past appointments in calendar

I thought I had this problem corrected, but I guess not. I keep all my appointments in my calendar, and there are many times where I need to go back and see when something happened in the past couple months.

How do I keep my 8130 from deleting these on its own? Right now, it is only keeping up to the previous week. I have also made sure that under the calendar options where it says "keep appointments," I have "forever" selected. Is there something I am missing?

Do they seem to get deleted right away or after a Sync?

It just seems to only keep my future, current day, and the previous week's appointments. This happens without a sync.

You can only keep them on your BB up to 60 days i believe. If you sync to a pc, you may be able to hold them there.

No, thats the default setting but within Calendar in General Options you can indeed set keep apointments to "forever".

    Hello everyone!

First of all, sorry for my bad english, I am french!

I had the same problem few week ago... I lost 2 month of my calendar!!!

I called my provider, my IT guys, I looked around the web.... without result! I learn that the BB have a limited memory for the calendar and that it deleting old event in case of need to make space for new one... how stupid is that...

After several test, here the solution : you simply need to put a memory card into your BB. I bought a 2 G card and I no longer loosing my data.

    Have fun!

... dont forget to check: ... "in General Options you can indeed set keep apointments to "forever"."

EDIT : if the post is usefull, please check the trust icon! /bow
