    Question JVM Error 545 AHHHH!

    I just got the Pearl and up until this morning everything was rockin' Then the whole JVM 545 issue. I am a Mac owner and I am having a hard time finding the steps to fix this using PocketMac, please help! I downloaded the T-Mobile device OS and the DM from the T-Mobile website, but I don't even know how to get them to open on my laptop, any ideas?

    Problem

    You receive the following error and the BlackBerry device is unresponsive.
    JVM error 545.


    Resolution

    Reload the latest version of BlackBerry Device Software and applications to your BlackBerry device:
    1. Connect your BlackBerry device by USB cable to your computer.
    2. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
    3. Double-click Application Loader. The Application Loader Wizard appears.
    4. Click Next.
    5. Choose the port the BlackBerry device is connected to and click Next.
    6. If prompted, enter your BlackBerry device password and click Next. The Device Application Selection screen appears.
    7. Select the applications to be loaded onto your BlackBerry device.
    8. If the Device Backup screen appears, choose whether or not to automatically back up data on the BlackBerry device. Click Next.
    9. Click Next again. The Completing the Application Wizard screen appears, displaying all the software that will be loaded on to your BlackBerry device.
    10. Click the Advanced button and ensure that Erase all application data and Erase all currently installed applications are both selected.
    11. Click Next, then click Next again.
    12. Click Finish. The BlackBerry Device Software is now loaded on your BlackBerry device.
    Do not disconnect the BlackBerry device from the computer until the process has completed.
    Note: If the Application Loader was not able to access all of the device data, then both Erase all application data and Erase all currently installed applications are grayed out.

    I can't find the app wizard in PocketMac, am I retarded or am I doing something wrong?!

    Has to be done from a PC. Rim has not written a program that will load the OS from a MAC.

    Good luck. And remember, patience. It will look like it is stalling out or not working, and it will take a long time. Resist the urge to pull the usb cable out of the phone till it is back up and running.

    Hi i really need help i installed the cd from my phone a blackberry pearl8120 the error appeaerd i think because i uploaded from a very high desktop manager 2280 i think wich i already uninstalled well i did the application uploader and it dirnt worked the port says that the device its not conected and the error 545 is still there... what can i do?
