if you really REALLY want it...call CS and threaten to cancel your service..they'll usually give you whatever you want. or ask to speak to a manger, and explain to them what's going on and what you'd like done about it. if you've been a customer for a while, they might let you do it. Or are you eligible for an upgrade? I mean that's another contract, but if you're happy with your provider that shouldn't be an issue.
