    I have a complaint---I lost my Curve, purchased another, and of course, they want me to pay for a new copy----I have only owned the software for two weeks! I think this is absurd.

    thats def not right i dont see why you would have too im hearing jive talk cs is not good i might just go with im+ i emailed jive a while back and they never got back to me

    Jive Talk is SERIOUSLY the only peice of software i've ever purchased (including PC). its that good.

    As many others have already replied repeatedly in your flame thread in another forum: the reason for this is you most likely purchased the $20 one device only license, rather than the $30 "user" license that would allow unlimited device to device transfers.

    Since you only purchased it 2 weeks ago, however, I would think that if you haven't already burned your bridge with Beejive, they may be willing to let you spend an additional $10 and upgrade the license. But I don't work for them, so I can't say for sure.

    Jive talk is a good application and I believe its price is reasonable. It's only fair that we pay the developers that have worked so hard on it.

    I got the user license...perfect for those who follow the never-ending BB upgrades :-). JiveTalk is the best IM app I have used on ANY cell phone!!!

    i don't see any reason NOT to get the user license. it's the only one that makes sense to me
