I checked out that link...and it says non-copy writed songs...so anything that I buy from iTunes wont work right?I would have to burn it to a CD and then rip it back to iTunes and then convert it to my phone...right?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~yeah you could or you could search for some software that removes the DRM. A bit quicker than riping it.

    Hmmm...ok.

Is there any way to just hook up my phone to the DM and transfer the music that way?

There is no way around the DRM. Unless you burn a CD then rerip it. That's why I don't buy music from iTunes.

where do you get it from REd? And if you get it from anywhere else, can you still put them on iPods?

you're right to a degree, but you can "virtual burn" to achieve the same thing w/out the hassle and loss of quality and loss of CDs!

By far the best site I've found to download unprotected mp3 music is allofmp3.com. That being said I'll tell you that in order to buy from them you need a Mastercard. Visa won't work anymore, neither will Paypal. Cost is about $1.75 per cd if you choose a bitrate of 192kbps, about $1.25 for 128kbps. You can import it to iTunes/iPods or the pearl no problem.

the RIAA targets users on Limewire these days. probably not the safest way to go about wrangling some music. not to mention all of the bad quality/bogus files on that network.

Yea. I use utorrent. I would be careful though. Piratebay I think is getting sued.

Sasha bittorrent was a protocol developed for transferring large files across the internet along with peer to peer file sharing.
