Once you get more comfortable with your phone and how it works, there is a thread on here that has an unlocked "vendor.xml" file that you can load onto your phone. This has all of the different themes each carrier uses. One of the T-Mo themes (Zen Daily, IIRC) Has the icons across the bottom.

If you look in the 8100 themes threads, you may find a theme that you like better anyway.

THe themes aren't hard to download at all. Email the link of the page it's on to yoru self, highlight the OTA link and click "download"...and there you have it.
Color---it's nothing but a hue of the rainbow...why do people place such importance in it?

This is how I changed my icons to the bottom. I have 5 and laid along thus: addressbook-pushweather-messages-sms/mms-email. T-mobile have this as an option but some carriers don't.
