Having problems with connecting my BB to my comp via USB if you look at my recent posts I explain it. So I went to go delete DM and went to Add/Remove Programs and looked at my BB DM info and it said it was version 4.2.0.10. this is the software version that came on the CD with the BB. If it is old and then what do I download. PLease add a link to what I need to download......... Thank you
Will getting the newest version of software fix my usb problem?....

Since 4.2 software is the newer you can get I doubt that would resolved your problem but if you could post you BB model and provider we could maybe help you better
I'm french canadian so I can also help you in french, just PM me
UNLESS it is for a BETA OS, it's at your own risk and I won't support it

V4.2.0.64 is the latest and greatest revision. Released in November 2006 to replace the defunct-out-of-the-box 4.2.0.42 which included a maddening silence feature that cancelled out your audio and didn't bring it back without a powercycle / hard reset (take out the battery and put it back in).

    eruditedk, Welcome to PinStack.

Is that the exact error message that you get? If you go to Desktop Manager Options/Connection Settings, how is it set up?

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with this problem or your BB.
