    Can anyone tell me what configuration i have to put in BB Pearl 8100 in order for me to get the internet, i see a section where i can put the configuration ( in the TCP part). By the way i'm in Haiti.

    What's a data plan? i am registered in DIGICEL (GSM), but sometimes on my screen it says Data connection refused, but other time it says Digicel normally

    Data plan....as in with your carrier, its a bundle they usually offer you when you purchase your BB, its a monthly charge that allows you to access the web and receive email (unlimited amount of times)

    no i dont have that, but i did find out when using the opera mini browser the company didnt charge for the internet service.

    Well usually they charger you per KB when browsing the web

    when i go on it , it doesnt say anything except default browser configuration

    if you want to have Internet and email on your device you will need to contact your carrier and ask about "data plan" for blackberry

    Step one: Purchase a data plan for your 8100 (pearl).
    Step two: Let the provisions settle (upto 24 hours).
    Step three: Grab your TCP/APN settings... http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...t_carrier.html

    Step four: Pull battery from back of phone while its still on, replace battery and let it boot up.
