    I've contacted sprint because I keep losing my signal strength the last 3 days. They know nothing about wht this just started happening. Any ideas? How to improve this? I've tried all the obvious fixes, could my media card be causing problems? I've pulled it out for now. Any suggestions? Thanks lesa

    do you have any other Sprint phones in the house you could power on and check the signal with?

    Good question, sprint says there is no tower problem, but my daughter and my husband only have 2 bars now but my phone has had low strength since friday, the blackberry rep (who owns no blackberry) said why don't we wipe the os and reinstall it? I said no that's pretty drastic, I mean I can still get on line my signal strength is just weak. Does the os have anything to do with this? I just don't see how. Media card maybe, too full. Thanks

    not sure about the OS affecting it, but could be hardware issues - but if the other family members also have weak signal I would have it documented with Sprint that it's not just one device but several at that location. That will help them see it's not just your BB or the OS
