I've noticed that over the time I've had the Pearl, and I've gone through 2 already, that there's a problem. When I have the device in my holster on "lock" and I get a phone call, as soon as I reach out for my phone, it ignores the person. This is really getting annoying. It is most likey the trackball getting moved upon movement, but then again, it could be the buttons on the side. What is the point of having a phone on lock in your holster when it ignores the people that call you, and you have to then call them back and deal with what just happend? Has anybody else encountered this problem?
Re: Ignoring Calls?
i used to have this problem but after the os update it totally stopped. RIM fixed the issue where a slight movement of the trackball mutes and ignores calls. now the only way to ignore a call from what i experienced is actually pushing the ignore button
