Question If i purchase the 1G MicroSD card....

If i purchase the 1G MicroSD card, is there a limited size of the song i could put in the BB? Does the song have to be in certain kbps and kHz?
Does all the songs have to be the size of 2.8mb or smaller?
If it is where could i get the program to convert my mp3 files into smaller mp3 files?
    Thank You for the Help

kevin you should be fine with the file size all my mp3's play just fine. Really though if you want to save space it doesn't need to be any bigger that 128kbps. You really can't tell the difference if it's any higher, with the speaker or headphone that comes with your pearl. For programs if just use dbpowerAMP Music Converter. There are plenty of free programs out there. I just don't know of any off hand.

not sure if it's a time trial or not, i think it's just limits how much you can convert. I just borrowed mine off of bittorrent.

just do a search for mp3 converters on here, i'm sure there are a few threads about it.

Can anyone tell me the quickest procedure to switch from a pretty full one gig micro SD to a new 2 gig. I want to put everything that I have on the 1 gig on the new 2 gig. Any help would be appreciated.

Make a new folder on your computer desktop. (name the folder any name) copy all the content off the 1gb card. Then insert the new 2 gb card and copy all the content from the folder on to the new card.

I think I paid about $24 for that 1 gig.. If I'm not mistaken, I saw a 2 gig micro at Circuit City for like $34 last week.
