I want to cry please can you help?

I took delivery of my BB yesterday and I have stupid crap vista so my mail is windows mail. I spent an age typing in all my contacts to synch which I did with no problems.

THEN i spent hours typing all my calendar stuff into windows cxalendar from my paper diary and THEN i noticed it isn't an option to synch with it. I want to cry I have wasted all day :-( Cant even export it will only export as an icalendar file (whatever that is) which i cant import into yahoo.

I am sick of this. All i want is ONE program on my computer that I can type all my info in and it will synch with my blackberry. Contacts and calendar at least.

Is there anything out there I can buy?? Can you synch with googlecalendar?

Sorry I am new and jumping straight in with a questions

    Hello guys!!

    Welcome to the "Stacks"...

You can sync your information with Outlook or Google Mail & Calendars. Under the Desktop Manager, you need to go into the PIM Sync Options and tell it to sync your contacts & calendars between Outlook and your phone.

Good luck & post back if you have any problems...

    shelvis,

    1. Do you actually have Outlook installed on your desktop?
    2. Is it your default email program?

No way that I know of to sync with Google...sorry?

    Well then I stand corrected!

Any info on syncing the BB address book with GMail?

I guess you can tell I am not a big GMail user...

I don't use any of the google products other than Maps but I don't recall seeing anything about syncing the address book yet and those that have tried to get that information to sync haven't had much success.
