i have several email accts on my bb pearl 8100. all great...except one, which all of a sudden decided to send a copy of every item i send to my bb inbox....and, when i try to delete it, it prompts the "on handheld or desktop" arggghhhh! how do i filter these out, and how do i change the option to "handheld wins"???

sorry, i tried searching this on the forums...just way too many posts, and i am behind in work!!! thanks in advance!

    Gmail by any chance?

go on line to your BIS set up page and add a filter for the offending account..."do not forward messages to device" from yourname @ account.com

Your carrier has a specific BIS login screen. Its the place you went to set up all of your email accounts the first time. If you tell us who your carrier is, someone on here will be kind enough to post the link.

You can also access it on your phone via the "Personal Email Setup" app.

Let us know if you're still stuck!
