Welcome to the Stacks Aballi. Do you have your apn settings set? Options/Advanced/TCP - Under APN put in wap.voicestream.com
leave everything else blank and save.

You have a blackberry data plan, right?

Hmmm....it could be a network issue in your area. Have you tried calling TMO to see if there are any outages? Also, do other web sites work?

I'm having the same issues with my Pearl, but only when I try to go on Wamu or Bank of America banking sites or my Ebay store. TMO says the Blackberrys are the most secure and their browser doesn't allow it. I can go to t-zones and any site there is fine. I was also told that you could download a 3rd party browser to work around the issue, but I haven't found it yet, Tech support didn't tell me who made it but I asked if it messed with my warranty and she said no as long as it could be removed from the device. I could view these sites about a month ago tho which makes no sense. I did ask if the DASH or the new Sidekick coming out soon would be able to do that and she said the Dash was almost as secure as the blackberrys and of course Danger/sidekick should still be fine for other sites. I always viewed my banking on my SK 2 and SK 3.

toeneelee, sorry you are having issues. Try this go into the browser, hit menu, options, browser config, and change the emulation mode to netscape or microsoft ie. Has helped me in the past. Welcome to the stacks.

For a 3rd party browser try Opera Mini.

Mobile.blackberry.com expects to see a Blackberry device using the Blackberry internet browser when asked to download Applications. Sorry.
