Is it possible to picture message on my blackberry pearl 8130 like to send a photo to someone else's phone not just an email? And can anyone tell me what a PIN is? (for example: missed PIN)

ok a pin is probably the best way to send pics IMO.
what service provider do you have? if your like me and have sprint the you can not send pic messages. but you can however send a pin with a pic.
a pin is a number that identifies your BB if you notice alot of people (such as myself) put their pins in their profiles so if you want to you can msg direct to the phone.
use BB messenger if you can it's awesome and it work off of BB pins
    pin me: 31a52e1c
(haha) if you have any questions.

if you have sprint, the fastest and best way is to send an email to <yourcell#>@pm.sprint.com and then open the link then "forward" it to anyone you want.

I prefer Sprint, due to my bill being 36.74$ with unlimited data and faster 3G than AT&T

Check to see what carrier you are sending to. Most major carriers provide customers with generic email addys like: 555-555-1212@mymetropcs.com in this way you can send directly to cellphones
