How do I remove the email delivery confirmation?
OK. I've tried everything I can think of and can't figure out how to remove the email delivery confirmation. I am not talking about the setting under Email Messages that we set to No.
The following is what happens: I send email from Blackberry. Two minutes later I get back same email that was sent to recipient. Email sent did go through, because I have confirmed with senders. I know what I sent so I don't need to see it again on my Pearl.
Any help would be appreciated!!!!
Log in to the your BlackBerry Internet Service provider account.
Click filters beside the integrated Gmail account.
Click add filter.
Name the filter.
Click the drop-down menu beside apply filter when: and select the from
In the contains field, type the Gmail email account.
Select do not forward messages to handheld.
Click add filter.
how do I log into my BIS account...i have never done this??

I cannot seem to find my filters anywhere... I am getting tired of seeing all this mail sent from me.
I use ATT in the US... where can I find the filters?
Also, is there a way to reconcile the stuff I have taken care of on gmail? I have it set to YES to reconcile on my blackberry but it doesnt seem to actually work...
OH my god I am so frustrated. I found all the instructions on here and on ATT's site... it says go to the message box, options, and you should see some options like Email Setup Basic Setup, whatever. I see everything EXCEPT for the Filters Setup... what the hell! Is this happening for every ATT customer?

Thanks for the welcome Yeah for some reason I cannot create my account. I emailed customer service ang hopefully they can fix it (yeah right, maybe after an hour and a half phone call with them...)

Hi Kim! What if I want the opposite? Coz I'd like to get email confirmation delivered to my device! There are no filters in the BIS account but I'm still not getting the emails sent back to me. Thanks SIS!

Ok, so what do I do if I'm NOT using gmail? Why is my standard outlook/exchange stuff sending this delivery confirmation stuff when it's off on the phone? Happens on my company email account, and on the new personal att.net email account I just got when I moved... Interestingly enough, none of this began happening until I updated the phone to 4.5
Oh, Verizon is my carrier, btw... So do I need to set up some kind of filter thing similar to the gmail description above? And why, for cripes sake, do they make us go through this crap when the options in the phone should be the things deciding whether we get the confirmations or not?
