    how can i e-mail a viewable video?

So i have some video of my son on his 4 wheeler that i want to e-mail to a couple friends and family.
But when i send it, it's in a 3gp file.
How can i change it to where it will go out in a readable format?

if i can't do this, how can i get it into a playable format on a PC?

    thanks,
    J

3gp files are playable using quicktime.

If your using media player I suggest you download and install the k-lite codec pack to enable FFDShow playback which is used to support the 3gp format.

her is a link for FFDShow if you just want to install it.

ffdshow would be installed on your PC. Do you want this so YOU can watch a 3gp video from your phone? Or do you want to convert the 3gp file to send to others to watch with WMP on their computer? If the latter, do a google searh for 3gp converter. I've never used any of them so I can't point you to wich one might be best. I would recommend against installing a codec pack if at all possible.

Try VLC Media Player by VideoLAN for windows plays pretty much everything, and I think there is a wizard for converting formats.
