    Holster/standy question

I searched and found some info but not an answer to my question.
Can somebody tell me about this automatic sleep/standby when inserted into a holster? My holster does have a flap with a magnet.
I ask b/c I have been holding the mute key to put bb in standby mode, but when putting it in to the holster it "wakes-up"!??
    Any tips??? THoughts?? Thanks

    Re: Holster/standy question

I've noticed with mine the BB has to be put in upside down.
with the magnet directly over the keys.
this keeps it completely on standby and you dont need to lock it manually
The reason yours wakes up is the magnet passes by the keys, BB goes to sleep then automatically wakes up when the magnet is removed

hope this helps and makes sense

try putting the BB into your holster with the screen facing your belt and mute button up... it should sleep just fine then.

I've got my screen set to dim after about 15 seconds, it seems way faster than that, but is this what y'all mean by "sleep"?
