    help with TCP on t mobile

    Hi all.My friend aber has the settings wap.voicestream.com for the TCP on t mobile nothing for password of Username.His jivetalk is telling him he has an open tunnel failure which I know means there is something wrong with the TCP.He has tried a hard reset many times, still no luck.Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

    Have him try uninstalling it, rebooting, then reinstalling it and see if that works.

    I just think T-mobile (or jivetalk) was having problems. Mine was doing that earlier but it works fine now.

    My jivetalk also did this earlier. Now its working fine.

    haha Yes, thank you fellow stackers and thank you GP. I had to meet some family so couldnt be pounding away on my pearl on stacks haha. Thanks guys for the info...imo i think it just took a dive for a bit. -Aber
