    Once you've logged in take these steps as explained in post #13 from Red's faq linked above:

    Both should have a link to Service Books on the left hand side.
    Select it.
    It should come to another screen with a button to Send Service Books. Select it.

    Once sent you should get some Emails from each of your Email accounts referring to Activation.

    Re-registering to your Network
    On your BB navigate to:
    Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu Button>Register Now

    Ok so it works when I put my sim card from my BBPearl in hers However I think that she may be having a problem on the provider end. She may not have the correct bb connect package for her account. I will check it for her when I get into work on Friday.
