    Help : Saving Contact / Pictures To Sim Card/memory Card

    Hey,
    I have just got a new 8800,
    i have all my contact and pictures on my old pearl...

    How do i transfer all my contacts/ etc over to my new phone...
    can they all be saved to the SIM card or Memory card..??

    congrats on gettin 8800 I hear it's pretty badass, well yeah you should copy all contacts to your SIM then when you insert SIM into 8800 port them over to your phonebook. as far as media goes I take it your referring to what's on your handheld? ummm bluetooth it or spend $10 and get a 1GB Microsd @ buy.com

    If you have both devices use "switch device" on desktop manager.

    your contacts cannot be saved on your sd cards, but should transfer with the switch device wizard.

    Obviously any media you have on your SD card will still be on it when you insert it into your 8800.

    How do i save all my 157 email/phone contacts to my SIM card ???

    Use the switch dev wizard in the desktop manager as noted above.

    You don't.
    Sinchronize Pearl with Outlook or Lotus Notes, that's best way. Then you just sinchronize new device too...

    I use personally use Outlook for transferring numbers from device to device (and I have currently 447 contacts with approx. 1230 numbers in total).
