Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? Without, there is no MMS.

Have you attempted sending your service books?

    hi fvargasfrank,

I had a similar problem and posted a thread with the resolution to this (in my case), view it here

Also, I saw you're new, so I wanted to kindly point out the "search forum" feature, this forum has an abundance of information and you're likely to find another user with the same problem and be able to resolve your technical issues faster this way, and don't be afraid to mention your "issue" or question in the title of new threads you post.

    Welcome to the forum
