    My laptop won't connect with the blackberry's off the battery alone. I need to use the plug connection to get it to work. Try that and see if that will help.

    Also, did you run the conncet in desktop Mgr?

    Bluetooth features that I am aware of, can only be used to its full capacity to another blackberry. I have tried sending files to friends phones, and they can receive them. When they try to send me something, it acts as though it is blocked. I am trying to figure that put myself.
    Usually you have to select receive using bluetooth before you can get anything from someone else. Just hit menu and select that option then have them send you the ringtone etc. You obviously have to pair the phones first before doing this.

    Hey... i have a blackberry pearl... i went out and got a MICROSD MEMORY CARD... so i can put music on my phone... SO i take everything out and put hte memory card in... i close everything up and turn on my BB... It doesnt seem to recognize that i have a memory card in.... Why its not recognizing i do not know? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!! THANKS

    I am with you on the bluetooth thing. I have mine enabled, and I was able to link with my daughters Razor and my GPS. My husband and I both have the 8310 and we can not find each other. It is so frustrating. Thank GOD for large text message packages.
