Hi i got the BIS service about 4 days ago and on my pc tried to set up a blackberry.net email account but had trouble doing so. after that i called t-mobile and they "resolved" the problem. now on the website it says i currently have an e-mail account but i cant send any emails through my phone. there is just a big red X that appears next to it almost immediately after i send it. I already called like five times and talked to a blackberry "specialist" but all they do is resend the service books and tell me to do a hard reset by removing the battery. I have also tried to resend the service books myself and tried to re-register on the network through the "host routing table" but no luck. i also tried deleting and recreating my email account in the t-mobile website but it still doesnt work. Any luck will be appreciated please!!!!
Tmobile recently had an issue with their BIS... maybe this is the cause.
Aparently they were charging me for the BIS but did not give me the full service I talked to like 5 tmo reps and none could help.finally they transfered me to a RIM rep and he fixed it like in five min. So thanx anyways ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
