    I called T-Mo yesterday because I can make outgoing phone calls but the people on the other end can't hear me. T-Mobile c/s told me that I needed to upgrade to V. 64? but their site is down. Can anyone tell me where to find this upgrade. I'm new to Blackberry. Too high tech for me.

    I'm scared.

    You can use the Cingular .88 upgrade instead..Just delete the vendor.xml file:

    T-Mo vendor ID is 100

    There is no need to delete Cingular's vendor ID.

    Why are you trying to delete it? Unlocking themes?

    No. I am actually very impatient with t-mobile and just need the upgrade. I still have the original software from when I bought my pearl. Is the cingular .88 upgrade better than Tmobiles .64 or should I be patient?
