meechie, if you are near a pc, then all you have to do is log into your BIS account (tmobile) and re-send service books.

LOG into your account at T-Mobile http://www.t-mobile.com/
    phone # then pass

then under Communication Tools under messaging there should be a link to
    Set-up Blackberry Internet E-Mail
In that screen there should be a Send Service Books Button.

That should get you there. Good Luck!

you can do it on your phone as well.

settings, advance options, host routing table, click and press register now.

It should send your service books

they should be free. Do you have an unlimited BB plan with T-mobile?

There might be some roaming issues with opera or any data service. So if you are roaming, I suggest you don't use data or contact t-mobile to find out if you have unlimited dataroaming.

Also, with jivetalk, make sure it uses data and not SMS. (SMS is text messaging, that is what the oz messaging service that your phone came with)

also to get opera to work:

    go to options, advance, TCP,
    for APN: wap.voicestream.com
    for APN username: leave blank
    For APN password: leave blank

roaming is only if you travel....or go out of your service area. Usually it is unlimited data. And using Opera doesn't uses data just like e-mail does. Call 611 one from your phone and talk to one of the friendly people on the line

Ask for BB support when you call. It will get you to a person who knows about Black Berries!
