I received my 3rd new Pearl Friday (I switched providers a time or two), moved all my saved stuff to it from the desktop manager, and got it all set up. It's working good, but I can't get my BellSouth email to come through on it like I had set up on my first Pearl. I went through discoverblackberry.com and set up my BellSouth account and got confirmation messages on my Pearl, but there still isn't any email coming through. I did a battery pull too just in case.
What am I doing wrong?
did you change your pin in your bis account?
The first thing you should try is sending yourself an email to your email@example.com
address...just to make sure your device is configured correctly...if you receive it, then remove your bellsouth email account from BIS and reconfigure it, re-send service books. Let us know how it goes..
