It also depends on the stores stock if they still have in stock phones from the first shipments they will prob have the one sided buds, but those that have had to restock will prob have the latest released phones with the new headsets.

mine too (I have small ears), but it still would've been nice to get stereo phones over 1 sided cheapness.

    it's the principal!

Well, I'm going to stop by Cingular and see if they have any of the dual-buds. The singles are of no use to me as I want to listen to music too.

Got mine 2 days ago (on Monday 05-March) to replace the phone I bought on 12-Feb. Both new phones, both with single ear phone, both from Cingular. 1st time in bought 2 pearls, so between 3 new pearls bought in the last 3 weeks, NONE had dual earbuds... darn.

Shure I4C's are the best I've ever used. They are expensive though, $300 but well worth it.

Actually, he said -75.00. He got the phone on Amazon with a new plan for $0.01 with a mail-in rebate for $75.

A lot of people are doing it.

    Check the linky: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...461700-7462433

Once there, click the link that says "Click here to see the price." It will tell you that the phone is $0.01, and that there is a $75 rebate available.

    NOW you can be jealous.

nrwilk- yep you have the righ idea. I like getting paid to use the phone I actually want.

Everyone talks about the tricky amazon 250 equipment discount but it's only an issue if you start trying to downgrade your plan within 6 months.

You also have to be a new customer willing to sign 2 years contract. I didn't mind though because worst case scenario it's 200 bucks to jump ship. So as long as I make it the 6 months it'll be just like I paid 200.01 dollars for the phone.

They also make the bb data add on a must but I couldn't have the BB without the data plan anyway. At that point I'd just go buy a RAZR (just joking)

The only thing I don't like about these headphones is that the left speaker isn't as far away from the microphone/button piece as the right speaker is. Other than that they are great.

$300 for some headphones? That's the dumbest thing i've heard all day.

That's actually on the low end for high quality cans. A lot of people spend a LOT more than that on 'phones.
