How do I delete a icon that is not listed when I try to delete through advanced options/ applications or DM. When I click on the Icon it just takes me to a website that asked me if I acutally want to download the application, so I know that the application is not actually downloaded. I just want to delete the icon? HELP!

Grrr, I hate those extra icons too!

Just so you're not surprised, there's a very good chance the service books and icons may come back after battery pulls, other reboots, and if you resend your service books when having issues.

I finally gave up and used the hide option. But if you don't reboot very often then deleting the service books works well. I'm constantly adding and deleting things from my BB, beta testing new apps, always rebooting my BBs so "hide" works better for me.
