Right, I've re-installed the desktop manager with BIS and re-sent service books. I'm receiving emails but the asterix are now there permanently in two inboxes it shows 1 message in each inbox, even though the messages have been been deleted. Also, the option to delete from mailbox and handheld has disappeared from one inbox!

    roberts,

Lets try this if you havent already:

Turn off your device. pull your battery. leave it out of 60 secs. reinsert and reboot.

If that does not clear it up we will need to dig a little deeper but I always like to start with the simple stuff.

    Hi Gary

I've done that and it didn't fix it. The problem now is no asterix on two message boxes and deleting from the handheld and mailbox doesn't actually delete from the mailbox, only the handheld.

    Confused!

You need to change that to ON if you want to use the "delete from mailbox" feature.
