    free space on my pearl

i saw lots of thread about how to free space on BB.
i removed all the emails, messages & logs. i havent remove any preloaded stuff.
i store all my pictures on media card. i have 9 custom app & 1 custom theme. no custom wallpapers.
But after reset i have only 11MB free. Is this normal? other people have lot of free space with more custom applications, themes & wallpaper than me.
i have ATT 8100 pearl with 4.2.196 OS.
also how to store the emails on to the media card insted of device memory?

No that is very Low. E-mails will stay on the device, you can save media attachments to the Media card. What 9 apps do you have? I haven't seen 9 apps worth having.. but that is me

That is a little low on space in my standards. I try to stay with at least 20MBs free space. Its what i feel is best for my Pearl.

My BB is cleaned up pretty well and tweaked here and there. I have over 10+ 3rd party apps, 1 3rd party theme, and 8 Pictures (about 65KBs each) and still have 28MBs free with a restart. With heavy use at the end of the day I'm at about 20-22Mb's free.

Is your situation normal? Yes it is. But you can get more free space by following the instructions posted in those threads you saw. Just be extremely careful. I would say you can get close to 20MBs free space following those threads.
