    I see alot people have problems with MMS. At first i had the same problem with my Pearl 8100. I called T-mobile customer service and here's wat they told me to do.

    1)Hold down the alt key(left of the sym key)
    2)Press LGLG
    3)a screen should pop up that says Event Log
    4)Press the menu key
    5)Scroll down to clear log
    6)exit and you should be able to send MMS as before

    Do that twice a day and u should have no problems with MMS or the speed of ur BB.

    There is also a new Service book for MMS on TMO for sure, MMS Config 2.0 [WPTCP], If you have the Old one MMS Config [WAP] all you do is delete it form your Service books, and Run the Host routing table. and you will get the New one.

    I updated to MMS Config 2.0 [WPTCP] now i get an automatic x when sending MMS. Any thoughts?

    I've already been doing this about 3-5 times a day for over a year now, just to keep my bb moving fast. Especially with the media card. Very useful, it's like clearing a cache.

    You are right though, it helps many things!

    hold on a sec guys,
    I got into to LGLG menu, and it says Event Log (Debug info), but it also has another two options (Warning) and (information).

    Which one should I clear ?? what if I clear the others?

    clear the warning log...im not sure about the other log..

    i see now...the logs are all connected. it doesnt matter which one u clear..

    my friend sent me an MMS. when i went in to retrieve the content, it wouldn't work. i cleared the cache, deleted both old and new MMS service book then host routing table to get the new MMS book back. but it still wont retrieve the content. what should i do?
