    is there a free filter for att because i keep getting this message This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

    Yea you can go to your BlackBerry start page, edit your email, select filters, and enter the email from which you do not want to receive emails from.

    That seems to be the Enterpise activation e-mail...
    Go to Options/ Advance Options/ Enterprise Activation and try to cancel the activation. If you are trying to set up BES, contact your IT department. If you are just using BIS, don't worry about Enterprise Activation.

    It's either a failed Enterprise Activation or attempting to use Redirector with BIS. It has nothing to do with filters or spam. As Craig C said if you are on a BES, contact your BB admin, if not go to Options/Advanced Options/Service Book and look for one (or more) that says Desktop(CMIME) and delete it.

    Delete the DOD(?) certificates using the application loader, if you aren't using an Enterprise server. That will stop those little rascals.
