    factory reset?

Sorry I am somewhat of a newb to BBs, lately my pearl has been acting up and giving me hourglass symbols for the simplest of tasks, and resetting by pulling the battery hasn't helped so I want to wipe it clean and start over. What is the best way to go about this? Now would be a good time to update software if possible, what is the latest build? I am running v4.2.1.107. Thanks!

Rogers has a .109 version you can find in the "latest OS" thread...

Not sure that you will notice a lot of difference but the upgrade should clean things up.

After you install on your dektop you will need to delete the vendor.alx file in order to use the Rogers OS on your TMO phone. Otherwise you are good to go.
