    I have Cell One, and I was also told the same thing by Cust.Svc... "It just kinda defaults..." I mentioned the gsm codes, she still said not possible.. and trying the codes didnt work.. any further suggestions?

    ok well.. I've tried just about everything you can think of to make this work, leaving the one in front of the number that I am calling for my voicemail putting the plus in, everything, it doesnt work, so I dont know what imaginary planet your on, for in which case it is working. Because its not working on this one.

    also do i need to type in ** and the # after cuz mine looks like **61*18051111111**30# and it isnt workign any ideas

    I'm a T-Mobile sub..can you write down a step by step because I could not connect too, try all the number for my voice mail and without the + sign with no available. Can you show us exactly what you done. Thanks

    **61*3311**30# Be aware that the 3311 works only for TMO Germany. For your VM# you can call your provider or check your providers HP.

    i think i got it to work the msg says no call forwarding but i tested it out and it delays for 30 sec so im happy as long as i get 30 sec

    you forgot the + before the 1. you get the + by holding the 0 button

    Apparently, this only works up to 30 secs.

    *I think* the "Supplentary Service Error : Status error " everyone is getting is because they are trying to extend it farther. At least that's what I've found...

    i have not been able to get it over 30... i set it at 25, as that's the length i make my ringtones
