Have you tried a battery pull? If not maybe you could delete and download Mobipocket software, are you using 6.0 Beta.

Shelley28, When you are in the mobipocket site on your PC, it comes up with a message " new version for handheld available" or something like that.
If you say yes to this I think it loads the non beta 5.something version.

If you say yes it messes thing up! Go back to the mobipocket home page and install the 6.0 beta version again and see if this helps, it did on my BB.

Let me know how things go.

have you tried a battery pull yet ?
Leave the BB switched on and pull the battery then wait 30 seconds and replace battery and wait till bb reboots.

If error message is still there delete Mobipocket and re-install Beta 6,0 on desktop and bb. Try OTA installation for BB if this fails.

Let me know if this works, Gaz.
