    when trying to connect to google maps on 8110 it get an error message:

    HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable

    The server is currently unable to handle your request due to a temorary overloading or maintenance of the server. Please try loading a different page. Contact your service provider if this problem persists.

    Any comments, advice or solution is welcome. thanks

    You have been busy. I see you posted here, crackberry, and on the cingular at&t forums.

    Has google maps worked for you in the past or is this the first time you have ever tried using it? Are you able to get to the web on your phone? Have you tried reinstalling it?

    I believe that app requires that you fill in your TCP > APN settings for your carrier. Your profile does not contain enough info to advise you further on this, but if you have not yet done so I would suggest you try that and see if it helps.
