    Emails stopped being sent

    For some reason my emails are not being sent to my Pearl. I clicked on options and scrolled down to reconcile and still no emails. Any suggestions.

    You may either need to reset up the email address or if it works with a BES server you may need to resync it. That is about all that I know to try.

    you may need to re-register your device or re-send service books. for some reason, my device seems to register itself on a daily basis, in the morning. after that, the emails start pouring in.

    I called t-mobile and they could not resolve the problem. They referred me to rim tech support and they have not resolved the issue either. Very Frustrating!

    not sure on the 8100 - thought someone would've stepped in by now

    to send service books from desktop, log in to BIS account and on the right hand side there's a link to 'service books'. once there, click on 'send service books'

    to register your handheld (at least for my 7100g)
    options>advanced options>host routing table
    once in there, click track wheel and select 'register device'

    I think that is all correct...I jacked up my BB trying to get the trackwheel to work, so it keeps shutting down on me...hopefully someone else will respond too.

    I found host routing table but there was no option to register device. I found service books but there was no option to send service books.

    you need to go to your bis and click resend service books

    when you were in 'host routing tables' did you see a long list of numbers and such? click the trackwheel once and there should be a menu...there is where you will see register device. again, this is the way that "I" do it on my "7100g" -- if my track wheel worked ;o)

    also, to send service books, you must be logged on to your BIS account on the web, at your computer. i am sure there is a way via the device, but i don't know it. try this thread: http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...s_account.html

    JWDD, on the 8100, once you go into the HRT editor, select the bold entry and hit the menu key (left of the joystick) then select: register now. Hope this helps

    I started receiving my emails again this morning. And I didn't even do anything. I think there was a problem on T-mobile's end. Thanks for all of the suggestions.
