    Emails keep gettig deleted

It seems every day my emails are getting deleted. I do nothing to delete them, and pulls them off the server.
originally I thought it to be lack of memory so I put a memory card in it.

What gives how can I stop this?

Adding amemory card will not make a difference. The BB will not use the SD card as a memory store that way. Check your free file memory: options > status > file free. Report back what that says. If that is low, it will start deleting emails and call logs. Try removing some apps and language files in order to free up space. You can find ways to do that here: http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...the_pearl.html

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~or do a simple battery pull that can help you for the time being. But as doughdaddy said try deleting some applications. I have the "help," "bb sample video," and "brickbreaker" deleted from my device..saves quite a bit of memory. Hope that helps you out.

Is that before or after you removed stuff? 28mb free will not cause email deletion. Start checking your settings to make sure that it is not set to remove in one day. Open messages > menu > options > general settings > scroll to bottom nd check the "Keep Messages" time. Mine is 30 days.

Also, what type of email account, settings and such are you using? IMAP or POP? What is your mail client (Outlook) using? Sometimes if you have IMAP on the BB and POP on the client (Outlook) then Outlook will pull down the message and it will disappear off the BB. One last question, your profile says no answer but are you on BIS or BES?

I am having the same problem and have been through the 'disappearing email' thread too many times to count with no luck. My t-mo 8100 is being used on at&t and has 26mb free and only my sent items stay on it. I'm on BIS and a POP account on both BB and Entourage. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    OS is 4.2.1.107.

    cdgLA,

Can you post exactly what your issue is, and exactly what information is being deleted (email, call logs, etc)?

It seems to be only my emails. Once read, there's no telling how long they'll stay around. Definitely no more than a day. Sent messages, SMS, bbchat and call logs seem fine.

Hi Tigiress, As far as I can tell, one doesn't seem to be related to the other. I'll lose my emails on the bb, whether or not I've even plugged it into my computer. Sometimes I'll go a week or more without connecting the two, and will lose emails on the bb everyday anyways.

That would have been my only guess that it was related to having the emails on another program. Do you check that email from any other location other than the BB and Entourage?
