Hi - On Sunday, I stopped receiving emails from my work's imap address. I've tried to resend the service books from t-mobile, but that isn't working (the books don't arrive.... and the website says there was a problem sending them.) I checked with our mail guy and he said that the bb isn't pinging on the mail server, so the problem is with my phone/service. Any ideas or advice??
Often something like you describe is a server problem. Are you on BES, and if so, are you "Enterprise Activated"?
I'm not on BES, just a regular imap account. Thanks though
