    Question Email stopped syncing

    On my first day of vacation, my BB Pearl stopped syncing to my yahoo.com email account. I have no idea why. When I go to try an login, it tells me to check my information and please try again. The info is correct and I can view my email on yahoo GO and everything else is fine from my computer. But now I no longer get alearts when I receive new mail and I can't send messages from my front BB screen. This is a real problem. PLEASE, can anyone help!! It has been almost two weeks now and I am going crazy!

    have you tried deleting the yahoo account and readding in your BIS account?

    who is your carrier? how did you set up the email to push to your bb? you need to log on there, delete the account and re-add it...

    I'm on Cingular. When I set it up, I just went to BlackBerry Setup/Personal Email Setup, then typed in the information. It worked great for a month or two and just stopped a week and a half ago. I try to re-login and it just tells me to check my information and try again. The info is correct, but it won't sync. It's just a regular yahoo.com email address. I'd like to delete it and try to set it up again, but I can't figure out how to delete it from my BB.

    so you can't even log into your BIS site? maybe you forgot your username and/or password?

    I went to the link and tried to setup an account. I typed in my info three times and it said it was not correct. I have no idea what's happening.

    I called ATT and they worked it out for me. Somehow my password got changed (I have no idea how, I certainly didn't do it) and they set everything back up for me.
